Terms of use
These terms apply when you use Lappen, an app provided by RIEN Network AB (org. no. 559323-5277), Bockhornsvägen 5, 587 32 Linköping, Sweden. By signing in, you agree to them.
Your account
- You sign in with Apple or Google. Keep that account secure, since it gives access to your lists.
- You must be at least 13 years old.
- An account is for one person.
Shared lists
- Lappen is free to use.
- Anyone who has an invitation code can use it to join the list, once, within seven days. Only share codes with people you want in the list.
- Everyone in a list can add, check, rename, colour and delete its items. Only the person who created a list can invite people, remove members, give members colours, rename it or delete it.
- There are limits to keep the service working for everyone, such as 250 items and 50 members per list. They may change.
Your content
What you write in Lappen is yours. You give us the right to store it and show it to the members of your lists, as far as needed to run the service. You're responsible for what you add, and it must not break the law or anyone else's rights.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse Lappen. For example, don't try to get around access rules or limits, access the service by automated means beyond normal use of the app, or use it to spam or harass anyone. We may suspend or delete accounts that do.
The service
We work to keep Lappen available and your data safe, but we can't promise the service will always be free of interruptions or errors. We may change features. If we decide to shut Lappen down, we'll tell you at least 30 days in advance so you can save your lists.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under Swedish law.
Ending
You can stop using Lappen and delete your account at any time (how).
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we tell you in the app before the changes apply. If you keep using Lappen after that, the new terms apply.
Law and disputes
Swedish law applies. Contact us first at lappen@riennetwork.com and we'll try to sort it out. As a consumer you can also turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), arn.se, or a Swedish court.
