Delete your account

In the app

1. Open Lappen and tap the settings icon on the start screen.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

By email

If you can't use the app, email lappen@riennetwork.com from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. We'll do it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your account: name, email address, profile picture link and sign-in method.
• Lists you created, with all their items, members and invitations. People you shared them with lose access.
• Your memberships in other people's lists.

What stays

• Items you added to other people's lists stay on those lists, without any link to you.
• Crash reports, which contain no name or email, are deleted automatically within 90 days.
• Emails you sent us are kept up to 24 months, unless you ask us to delete them.

If you signed in with Apple, you can also remove Lappen from Sign in with Apple in your Apple ID settings.
